President Danny Faure was the guest of honour at a presentation ceremony to commemorate World Diabetes Day 2017, held at Seychelles Hospital. The theme for this year is 'Women and diabetes - our right to a healthy future'.

The new High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Republic of Seychelles, H.E Dr Pindi Chana, presented her credentials to President Danny Faure at State House.

President Faure held several meetings with key personalities in the Mauritian Government. He met with former Prime Minister of Mauritius, Mr Paul Bérenger, Acting Chief Justice, Justice Eddy Balancy, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Consumer Protection,

President Danny Faure arrived in Mauritius. He was welcomed at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Mauritius, Hon. Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, and other high dignitaries in the Mauritian Government.
