President Dr Patrick Herminie has announced the appointment of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission Board.

The appointment is made in accordance with Section 9 and Section 13 of the Public Enterprise Commission Act, 2023.  

The full composition of the Public Enterprise Commission Board is as follows:

The appointment takes effect on 1st September 2026 for a 5-year period.
