The lighting display forms part of the ongoing preparations for this historic Golden Jubilee, marking five decades since Seychelles attained independence on 29 June 1976. Bathed in light against the night sky, State House stands as a beacon of hope and a reflection of the Seychellois spirit resilient, united, and proud of its journey.
The colours shining across the building represent not only our national identity but also the values that continue to guide our nation: love, peace, harmony, and solidarity.
