The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of Mr Maxwell Julie as the Chief Executive Officer of the 2020 Development Company Limited.
Mr. Maxwell Julie is an Economist by profession with over 30 years’ experience as a public servant whereby he has occupied several key positions such as Managing Director of Seychelles Industrial Development Corporation (SIDEC) and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC).
Mr. Julie has vast knowledge in entrepreneurship development and management of industrial estate. During his time as Managing Director of SIDEC, he was instrumental in the development, management and monitoring of the Providence Industrial Estate. Mr. Julie possesses a Master Degree in Macro-Economics from Bratislava Economic University in Slovak Republic.
Mr Julie’s appointment takes effect from 1st April 2026.
