The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of the new Board of the Development Bank of Seychelles.

The Chairperson of the Board is Mr Dick Labonte and the Deputy-Chairperson is Mr Ashwin Bhanderi.                       

The other Board Members are:    

Ms Jean Preira                              MD/ex-officio Member

Ms Philippa Samson                      Member

Ms Lisa Lautoy                              Member

Mr Paul Savy                                 Member

Ms Julie Low Thion                        Member

Ms May Paule Rabat                     Member

The Board Members have been appointed for a 3-year period effective from 1st March 2025.

The President also thanked the outgoing Board Members for the invaluable contributions made to the Development Bank of Seychelles during their period of tenure in office.
