On behalf of the people and Government of Seychelles President James Michel extended heartfelt sympathies and deepest condolences to the Government and to the People of the People’s Republic of China, as well as to the families of the victims following the terrorist attack which occurred in the city of Urumqi of China’s Xingjiang province claiming many innocent lives.
