Courtesy Call By Visiting Members Of The 7th Day Adventist Church

Evangelist Dr. Harold Brewer and Pastor Patricia Langley from the Seventh Day Adventist Church in United States of America paid a courtesy call on President James Michel this morning at State House to brief him about their visit to Seychelles and on the spiritual activities they are undertaking to help different people in the communities as well as in the church. They were accompanied by Pastor Michael Bijoux and Pastor Jonathan Nzuma from Seventh Day Adventist Church, Seychelles.

President Michel thanked them for the efforts and positive  contributions  they are making to  bring about positive changes in our communities here in Seychelles.

Their visit is in line with President Michel’s call on the launching of the Social Renaissance campaign in July last year followed by a symposium this year, whereby he have noted that all ministries, agencies, civil society organizations, the private sectors including churches have a role to play in its implementation.

The team of twenty four delegates will be in the country until the 24th July 2012 whereby they will be taking part in various spiritual programmes.
