His Excellency Dr. Bernard Yohana Kibesse, newly appointed High Commissioner-designate of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Republic of Seychelles, officially presented his credentials to President Wavel Ramkalawan in a formal ceremony held Tuesday morning at State House.

President Ramkalawan welcomed Dr. Kibesse with warm congratulations, commending his distinguished appointment and reaffirming Seychelles' commitment to the long-standing and cordial relations with Tanzania. The President also extended his best wishes for a fruitful and impactful tenure in this pivotal diplomatic role.

Dr. Kibesse, in his introductory remarks, conveyed his deep sense of honour at being appointed High Commissioner to Seychelles. He extended fraternal greetings from Her Excellency President Samia Suluhu Hassan and reiterated Tanzania's dedication to advancing bilateral ties with Seychelles.
