Update on the New Seychelles Hospital Project

President Wavel Ramkalawan today chaired a meeting with the New Seychelles Hospital Technical Committee to review the project's progress and outline the next steps.

During the meeting, the committee provided an update on recent developments, including discussions on the hospital's proposed site. The newly identified location is in Roche Caiman, on the plot adjacent to L'Escale Resort. The discussions also explored options to ensure the new facility delivers modern, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services for Seychelles.

A key focus of the meeting was the realization of the hospital's concept, ensuring that the project aligns with national healthcare priorities and meets international standards. The committee also reviewed the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the Feasibility Study, which will assess the technical, financial, and operational aspects of the project.
