The Office of the President has today confirmed the appointment of Mr Mike Morel as the Principal Secretary for Family Department.

Mr Morel holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Seychelles and the University of London and a Master's Degree in Regulation and Compliance from Queen Mary University of London.

Mr Morel’s career spans 17 years with key experience within the private sector at UCPS, in the family business and at Excel Motors.

Within the public sector, Mr Morel served as district administrator from March 2017 to August 2019.

Before his appointment as Principal Secretary, Mr Morel was the Operations Manager at Excel Motors.
