The President of the Republic, Mr Wavel Ramkalawan met with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Chargé  d’Affaires in the Seychelles, His Excellency, Ahmed Saeed Al Neyadi for a courtesy call at State House yesterday morning. 

During the meeting, Mr Al Neyadi held brief discussions with the new Head of State and took the opportunity to personally convey the congratulatory messages on behalf the Leaders of the UAE, His Highness, Sheik Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, from His Highness, Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai and from His Highness, Sheik Mohammed bin Zayed Al- Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.
