President Danny Faure spent Sunday afternoon visiting the Sisters of St. Joseph de Cluny Convent in Victoria.
The President was greeted at the convent by the Provincial Leader, Sister Marie-Nita, who took him for a brief tour of the convent and introduced him to the other Sisters.
During the visit, the Sisters briefed the President on their work and daily activites. The President's visit was also an opportunity to discuss some of the convent's most pressing needs.
Some of the Sisters present were former teachers and nurses. The President, on behalf of the people of Seychelles, thanked them for their invaluable contribution in educating the children of Seychelles and for their devotion and care in the delivery of health services.
