August 12, 2011 -- The new Indian High Commissioner to Seychelles is Mr Thanglura Darlong who presented his credentials to President James Michel at State House yesterday.

He replaces Mr Asit Kumar Nag who had been in the post since April 2008.

Mr Darlong told the media after the ceremony that India and Seychelles cooperate in many areas namely training, human resource development, education and security, among others.
