President of Seychelles Welcomes Young Dancers from Elite Dance and Fitness Studios

The President of the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Wavel Ramkalawan, had the distinct honour of hosting a group of exceptional young dancers from the Elite Dance and Fitness Studios at State House earlier today. The talented performers recently achieved outstanding success, emerging victorious after their impressive performance at the prestigious Global Performance Arts Alliance dance competition.
 
Marking their debut in the largest Dance and Musical Theatre competition hosted by the esteemed Urdang International Academy in the United Arab Emirates, the group captivated international audiences with their extraordinary talent, creativity, and discipline, earning accolades and bringing pride to Seychelles.
 
During the meeting, President Ramkalawan extended his heartfelt congratulations to the dancers for their remarkable achievement. He commended their unwavering dedication, hard work, and the rigorous preparation that led to their success. The President emphasized the significance of their accomplishment as a beacon of inspiration for Seychellois youth, underscoring the boundless potential of local talent when supported and nurtured.
 
The President also expressed his appreciation to the leadership and coaching team of Elite Dance and Fitness Studios for their pivotal role in guiding and nurturing young performers. He reiterated the government’s commitment to promoting initiatives that empower and uplift the nation’s youth through the arts.
 
Representing the group, Mrs. Emma Mothee, Director of Elite Dance and Fitness Studios, conveyed her gratitude to the President for his warm reception and recognition. She expressed the group’s pride in representing Seychelles on an international stage and affirmed their determination to continue striving for excellence in the performing arts.
